6 Breakwaters on the beautiful Isle of Wight, is an excellent choice to book your next holiday or short break, able to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests its nestled just off England’s south coast. The Island is surprisingly easy to reach and only a couple of hours from London, with regular ferries running from Southampton, Portsmouth and Lymington. Leave the car behind should you wish and travel here by rail and catamaran across the Solent, by booking a combined ticket from any Mainland train station to nearby Sandown.
This modern town house is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Island or sunning yourself on the beach, which is situated just moments from the building.
This property has been beautifully interior decorated and has been finished to an extremely high standard with luxury bathrooms and shower rooms and stylish fully integrated kitchen. The modern luxury feel is sustained throughout the townhouse with underfloor heating and patio doors from the living area out onto the terrace.

LOCATION:
Glorious Sandown Bay is on your doorstep, and voted one of the Island’s best beaches, providing a long stretch of sand and great swimming waters. Along this stretch you can see the red sandstone through to the white chalk of Culver cliff, and it is around here that fossil remains can be found. Sandham Garden’s play area is just across the road from the apartment with go karting sky nets and crazy golf and children’s play area. A short flat walk further along towards Yaverland, and you will also find the Wild Heart Animal Sanctuary formerly the isle of Wight Zoo, famous for its big cats. The town of Sandown is brimming with attractions to entertain visitors, most of them right on the beach front itself, so you never have to stray too far from the golden sands. Should you enjoy a coastal walk, you can walk the length of Sandown Bay from Yaverland past the Pier along the seaside revetment all the way to the popular neighbouring town of Shanklin. If you are keen on an active holiday, the bay is hugely popular with water-sports, and you’ll certainly see people paddle boarding, surfing, catamaran and dingy sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing, depending on the weather.

Bedroom 2: king size bed, exposed wardrobe, bedside cabinets and en-suite.
En-suite: double width shower cubicle with rainfall shower head and separate shower attachment, wash basin with vanity unit beneath, low level wc, heated towel rail and shaving point.
Bedroom 3: zip and link super king bed (can be made as a twin on request) bedside tables, chest of drawers, wall hangers.
Bedroom 4: small double bunk bed, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: p shaped bath, with rainfall shower head and separate shower attachment, wash basin with vanity unit beneath, low level wc, heated towel rail and shaving point.
SECOND FLOOR
Upper lounge: sofa, arm chair, Smart TV and patio doors leading to outside rear aspect balcony with exterior garden furniture.
Bedroom 1: super king size bed, bedside cabinets, walk in wardrobe, front aspect balcony with exterior garden furniture and en-suite

Private parking for 1 cars at the front of the property. In addition, some visitor spaces are available, on a first come first served basis.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £250 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
