Fairy Hill Cottage is a charming three-bedroom home located in the ever-popular Seaview. Situated in a quiet, private lane the beautiful beaches at Seaview, Seagrove Bay and Priory Bay (probably the best beach on the island) are all within a 10–15-minute walk.
Light, airy and well-decorated the cottage offers 2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and has 2 bathrooms.
The cottage is pet-friendly and has parking for 2 cars. There is a good-sized garden which is sunny all-day.
It is an ideal base from which to explore the island with the car ferry at Fishbourne a 15-minute drive away and the hovercraft at Ryde less than 10. All major attractions are very accessible along with numerous superb beaches and country walks.

LOCATION:
Seaview and its beaches are a great spot to spend an afternoon with the children all year round and the village certainly lives up to its name, making it an ideal destination for those looking for a waterside break. During the summer the village comes alive with sailors and holiday makers watching the vessels on the Solent. As a quiet place to visit in the winter, Seaview offers idyllic panoramic views across deep waters and calming walks along the pebbles of Spring Vale beach and Seagrove Bay. Along Seaview high street you’ll find several eateries who use the finest local produce from across the Island to serve delicious food throughout the day. Nearby you’ll find the pretty harbour villages of St Helens and Bembridge. To the north you will find Ryde, a traditional seaside town with plenty to do along its promenade.

Kitchen: electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar area
Dining: extending dining table and chairs
Lounge: sofas, armchairs, TV, log burner.
Wet room: toilet, wash basin, shower and heated towel rail.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: double size bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets
Bedroom 2: double size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets
Bedroom 3: twin 3ft single beds, built in wardrobe.
Family bathroom: bath with shower attachment, toilet & pedestal wash basin, heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE
Enclosed garden, with garden furniture and barbecue
Parking for 2 vehicles at the front of the property on driveway.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £200 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
This property can accept a maximum of 2 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
The log burner in the living room can be used by guests, but you will be required to purchase Initial fuel and logs locally
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Fairy Hill Cottage is a delightful and well equipped cottage where you immediately feel at home. There is plenty of space and it is a joy to sit out and have coffee in the garden on a morningto enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down in the eveninsee more

It is just a short walk to the village of Seaview and we found a quick and easy path to Seagrove Bay which is stunning! The cottage is dog friendly and we would definitely recommend! |

5 stars! Absolutely loved our stay at Fairy Hill and we were blessed with incredible weather. The cottage is really lovely, very comfortable and great that it is dog-friendly. So easy to get to - just 15 mins from car ferry and 10 mins from the hoversee more

So easy to get to - just 15 mins from car ferry and 10 mins from the hover - and the ideal base from which to explore this beautiful island. Short walk to Seagrove Bay and Priory Bay (probably the best beach on the island). Try and do your beach walks at low tide - it is amazing. Our dog, Coco, thought she was in heaven!

We stayed here for a weekend in May. The cottage is beautiful, located a 10 minute walk away from the beach with a local pub. The weather was amazing and we made good use of the outdoor furniture, had a barbie and even played a bit of badminton in thsee more

Our long weekend at Fairy Cottage was a delight from start to finish. Easy to find from the ferry and conveniently positioned for the wonderful pubs and beaches of Seaview, it’s an idyllic Island home. The owners have thought of everything to make this a brilliant getaway for visitors of all ages. Our teenagers particularly loved the badminton and hammock in the garden. Very clean and freshly decorated, the cottage also had an excellent barbecue area for outdoor eating (we were lucky to have amazing weather even in May.) In the evening we really enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable, cosy lounge. There is a wood burner if it gets chilly and the TV was brilliant (everything on it you could want!) My husband always moans about uncomfortable beds on holiday but not this time, the beds were super comfortable. Couldn’t recommend more for a peaceful Island break, we can’t wait to go back.
